ParsSign's free certificates are issued without any independent authentication of the subscribers. Therefore ParsSign provides no guarantee that user's of these certificates are who they claim they are. As such these free certificates should not be relied upon for valuable transactions and their sole purpose should be for testing or pilot projects.

ParsSign does not ensure permanent availability, but do its best to reach the maximum garante.

The users are solely responsible for protection of their private keys. ParsSign maintains no involvement in the protection or distribution of such keys. ParsSign strongly urges users to use a password or equivalent authentication method to prevent unauthorized access and usage of the user's private key.

Subscribers must have enough information about PKI and Important Notes specially. ParsSign will offer more complete and advanced security services in future.
