How To Install ParsSign CA Certificate

You should install ParsSign's root certificates on your system to avoid security warnings. After adding the root certificates, you should no longer receive warnings about our server certificates. The following address will help you to install certificates automatically:

If you faced a problem while installing certificates automatically, you should do the fallowing steps to install:

1- Download this file and save it as "all.p7b" on your computer.

2- To install the Root Certificate, please find application-specific instructions below.

Into Microsoft products (IE, OutLook, Office, …)

Into FireFox and Thunderbird

Into Netscape 7.x

Into Netscape 8.x

Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and other Microsoft products use a shared folder to save digital certificates. To install ParsSign's root certificates double click on "all.p7b" file. Select "Install Certificate" and continue to complete installation (do not change any configuration).

Select one of the paths below which is available from the main menu:

option 1: Tools | Options | Advanced | Certificates | View (or Manage) Certificates | Authorities | Import

option 2: Tools | Options | Advanced | Encryption | View (or Manage) Certificates | Authorities | Import

option 3: Tools | Options | Privacy | Security | View (or Manage) Certificates | Authorities | Import

option 4: Edit | Preferences | Privacy and Security | Certificates | Manage Certificates | Authorities | Import

A new window will popup. Select "All Files" option from the "Files of type" to see (appear) the "all.p7b" file.

On the dialog box that appears, check all three boxes then click "OK".

You should first follow the instruction for install the root certificates into FireFox and Thunderbird. Then from the certificate list select "ParsSign Root CA" and click "Edit".

On the dialog box that appears, check all three boxes then click "OK".

You should install certificates stored in "all.p7b" separately. Double click the "all.p7b" file. To display the list of certificates, expand the left tree. Right click on each certificate and select "All Tasks | Export" option to save it as a separate file.

For each saved certificate, follow the instruction for install the root certificates into FireFox and Thunderbird.
