Revoke A Certificate Please be sure to revoke your certificate under any of the following conditions; Your private key has been lost or stolen The password that protects your private key has been compromised The contents of the certificate are no longer valid (for example, your company has changed its name) The certificate is being misused

Email Full Name Serial Number Private Key Password Security Code If you have forgotten your serial no. refer to Search for a Certificate. In "Private Key Password" box type the password which you had entered in the enrollment process to obtain certificate.
